The beauty of Forest Lake attracts many people from all around. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things at Forest Lake. Not far from Forest Lake, you'll stumble on Lake Catherine which is a wonderful lake, and close by you stumble on the Lake Desolation Trail which is a great hiking trail. After a long day outdoors Stein Ericksen Lodge is a glorious location to spend a night or two; going for a hike on the Indian Trail is always a fine

| | adventure. This lake is located in the wonderful Wasatch Range. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Forest Lake. The slopes of Alta are so inviting noone can resist; if you're a golfer then a tremendous nearby course is Wasatch Mountain State Park Golf Course. Dry Fork is a magnificent place to stop at near Forest Lake, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Mount Timpanogos Trail. Around Forest Lake you don’t get | |

a lot of rainfall; April is the wettest month with most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. All year is a fine time in the Wasatch Range if you fancy the outdoors. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Provo River,
and don't leave Forest Lake without first paying a visit to Big Spring. At Forest Lake through the months of summer highs are in the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are usually
in the 30's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Forest Lake temperatures sink to the 10's. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Wasatch Range. Lakes are good; Pittsburg Lake is a lake that's in close proximity
to Forest Lake, and Zermatt Resort is a great spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody close by loves skiing at Brighton; there are plenty of folks from Provo-Orem here at Forest Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
There are some tremendous whitewater spots on East Canyon Creek, and if you came for an overnight stay Lame Horse Campground is a good place to camp. So much entertaining stuff in the Wasatch Range, just mind-boggling. Here at Forest
Lake you can distinguish Mill Canyon Peak. A quick journey to Baker Fork near Forest Lake is a pleasant idea, and camping is available at Summit Campground.
