     Put some time aside to spend at Sols Spring if you're here at The Forebay; The Forebay is great enough to spend more than a day at, Vermillion Castle Campground is a great local campground. Go for a hike on the Alpine Pond Trail, and if you're here at The Forebay it's a tremendous idea to stop by Grass Valley. Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not stop by Hendrickson Lake near The Forebay; let's not forget Benson Creek which is a stream that you may stumble  
   upon while you're here. High temperatures at The Forebay during the summertime months are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 40's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for The Forebay tend to be in the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. From The Forebay you acquire a glorious panorama of P Hill; Dry Canyon is a great site to spend some time. Yeah, come here to The Forebay
 
               for a tremendous time. Going for a hike on the Rattlesnake Creek Trail is always a fine adventure. At The Forebay you don’t see much precipitation; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is June.
So much entertaining stuff to do here at The Forebay, too delightful to be true. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Brian Head if you're here; Cedar Breaks National Monument is a glorious national park. Near The Forebay you stumble on the Spruce Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail, and dry warm beds await you at Cedar Breaks Lodge & Spa. A lovely lake like Yankee Meadows Reservoir next to The Forebay is a good location to pop by, and camping at Pit Stop is always a glorious experience.
This lake is so wonderful. No need to travel far to stop at interesting stuff like Vermillion Castle; after a long day outdoors Days Inn Parowan is a brilliant place to spend a night or two.

Hey Rob when did you go and how was the weather?  We are heading out fathers day weekend....Spent the weekend at Navajo. Caught 1 fish on fly rod from my float tube. Weather was nice, wind picked up on saturday. Didnt see alot of fish caught. Will not give up this lake though. I really liked the drive from Vegas and wish I had longer to stay and search the area....
