It is very waterless here at Flax Lakes frequently; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is June. This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent sight of pretty Black Mountain is available from Flax Lakes, and dry warm beds await you at Village of Many Nations. If you're here, you might as well go to McDonald Canyon, and Flax Lakes is not the only location close by, Le Vanger Lakes is a close by       lake. Throughout the months of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Flax Lakes, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Flax Lakes. Pipe Spring National Monument is a delightful national park, and Smith Hotel Bed and Breakfast is a delightful location to get some rest. This place, Flax Lakes, it clearly has so much outdoors amusing stuff. Stay                  the night at Glendale Koa Kampground. A lake close by is McDonald Lake.
