Dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Downtown; there is a fine hiking trail close by called the Lowline Trail. Through the long summer days at Flaming Gorge Reservoir temperatures are usually in the 80's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Flaming Gorge       Reservoir descend into the 10's. It is very waterless here at Flaming Gorge Reservoir regularly; May is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month is January. Flaming Gorge Reservoir really is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. A perfect site to camp here at Flaming Gorge Reservoir is Camperworld-pineforest; Flaming Gorge Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Bootleg Campground is a great local campground. On a perfect                  day at Flaming Gorge Reservoir you can take a hike along the Little Hole Trail, and Flaming Gorge Reservoir is in the neighborhood of Dutch John Draw which is absolutely worth checking out. Going for a hike on the Canyon Road Trail is always a nice adventure, and you don’t have to go far from Flaming Gorge Reservoir to see the water at Flaming Gorge Dam. This lake is so wonderful.
