There's good hiking along the High Line Trail; a glorious location for whitewater paddling is Lake Fork. Not far from Five Point Lake you get some great water scenery at Five Point Lake Dam, and do set aside some time for Garfield Basin if you're here at Five Point Lake. Man, is there a load of cool stuff to do in the Uinta Mountains. Gem Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at; at Five Point Lake       you always meet someone from Evanston. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Beaver Dam Campground is a glorious site to camp. It is very dry here at Five Point Lake frequently; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. And that's not all you can do here at Five Point Lake. Swift Creek Campground                  is a perfect local campground, and a lake nearby is Superior Lake. Five Point Lake is a beautiful lake in the Uinta Mountains. So many exciting things to do here in the Uinta Mountains, too tremendous to be true. The Bear River Smiths Fork Trail offers hiking at its best; in the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yellowstone River. This lake is so wonderful. Summer at Five Point Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's.
