    A visit to Five Lakes is always a good idea. After a long day outdoors Torrey-Days Inn Capitol Reef N.P. is a pleasant place to spend a night or two, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Five Lakes; Pollywog Lake Trail is a great local trail. At Five Lakes you don’t see much rain; the month with most of the rain is August while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Blue Spruce Campground is a pleasant  
   local campground, and Five Lakes is right by the Boulder Mail Trail.
Wonderland Inn is a good location to get some rest; why not take a refreshing hike along the Aquarius Trail. The warmest time of the year at Five Lakes comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's, and nighttime lows throughout the wintertime for Five Lakes tend to be
 
               in the 0's. Five Lakes is a magnificent location to visit for more than one day, Oak Creek Campground is a magnificent location to camp nearby; float down the rapids of Fremont River in a kayak.
Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in close proximity to Five Lakes.
