You can run the rapids of Fremont River in close proximity to Five Lakes, and Torrey-Days Inn Capitol Reef N.P. is a magnificent spot to get some rest. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area near Five Lakes has to offer. Camping is available at Blue       Spruce Campground, and you can go for a hike on the Boulder Mail Trail. A striking lake like Four Lakes next to Five Lakes is a great location to take a look at; going for a hike on the Pollywog Lake Trail is always a tremendous adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Do go to Rim Lake near Five Lakes, it's a pretty lake, and there are great places to explore along the Aquarius Trail. Five Lakes is commonly a rather waterless place; of all the months in a year                  August is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. For the period of the summertime months here at Five Lakes, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 40's.
