    If you like lakes and you're in this part of Utah you can check out Fence Reservoir. At Fence Reservoir throughout the warmest time of the year highs are in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Fence Reservoir temperatures plunge to the 10's. Here at Fence Reservoir you can catch a sight of Red Spur Mountain, and why not head up  
   to Powder Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is so wonderful. Do set aside some time for Old Canyon Basin since you're here at Fence Reservoir; if you came for an overnight stay Birch Creek Campground is a tremendous spot to camp.
Fence Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Wasatch Range. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Fence Reservoir. Blacksmith Fork has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by, and
 
               going for a hike along the Limber Pine Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Not much rain falls here at Fence Reservoir; April is the wettest month with most rain, and July is when it's the driest.
You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Wasatch Range has to offer. Paddling on Logan River is so much fun, and do put some time aside to spend at Campground Spring since you're here at Fence Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Have a great hiking adventure along the Hardware Ranch Trail. Fence Reservoir is not the only place close by, Green Fork Sink is a close by lake; Beaver Mountain is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood.
Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! The Wasatch Range is unbeatable! Little Creek Campground is a tremendous campground nearby, and a lake close by is Basin Beaver Ponds.

The Limber Pine trail is more of a nature walk than a hike. It's good for kids and those seeking an easy, short trail. Educational posting about flora, etc. are included around this loop trail. It's fun, too, even if you are a serious hiker. I think I could complete the loop in 15 minutes, but one posting I saw said 45 minutes. Walk it and find out. Easy access right off the road....
