It is very arid here at Farnsworth Reservoir commonly; most of the rain falls through March, and the driest of the months is June. Cold Spring is a great local attraction, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Great Western Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Why not go to Farnsworth Dam if you're here, and dry       warm beds await you at Budget Host Inn Richfield. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. A great place to camp here at Farnsworth Reservoir is Johnson Reservoir Campground, and why not a little side visit to Abes Creek. Hampton Inn Richfield is a great location to get some rest, as expected you could also have a look at Harves River Reservoir while you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something close                  to Farnsworth Reservoir? Hamilton Reservoir is nearby; on a good day you can take a hike along the Meadow Gulch Salt Gulch Trail. Farnsworth Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Piute Campground is a great local campground, and there's whitewater on Salina Creek for all you adrenaline people. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Farnsworth Reservoir with night lows in the 50's.
