Fairview Lakes Dam has wonderful water scenery       and it's next to Fairview Lakes, and a good location for whitewater paddling is Huntington Creek. A lovely lake like Beaver Dam Reservoir near Fairview Lakes is a good place to explore, and hiking along the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail is magnificent fun. High temperatures at Fairview Lakes during the months of summer are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are ordinarily in the 30's with temperatures                  at Fairview Lakes dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights.
