So many amusing things in the Wasatch Range, just fantastic. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Lake Desolation Trail; since you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Provo-Orem. And that's not all you can do here in the Wasatch Range. Man, is there a load of amusing things to do near Emerald Lake. Camping at Mount Timpanogos Campground is always a tremendous experience, and you can run the rapids of Big Cottonwood Creek. Life's too short

| | to enjoy all the exciting things in the Wasatch Range. While you're here at Emerald Lake, you could also check out gorgeous Hidden Lakes; at Emerald Lake you can observe Roberts Horn. Dry Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to; why not head up to Sundance and strap some skis to your feet. stay La Quinta Inn Orem is a good choice, and get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Provo River. A brilliant close by hotel is Residence Inn Provo, and great hiking is available along the Indian Trail. All through the
summertime months highs here at Emerald Lake reach the 90's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Emerald Lake are in the 10's. The Wasatch
Range scenery is always beautiful. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. A delightful spot to camp here at Emerald Lake is Summit Campground, and Big Provo Cirque is a gorgeous place any time of year. A day on the slopes of Alta is just what you need; you need to visit Giant Staircase while you're here.
