Lake during the summertime months are in the 90's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Emerald Lake dipping down into the 10's all through
winter nights. Have a splendid hiking adventure along the Mount Timpanogos Trail, and skiing at Sundance is one of those things you just have to do. If you adore the outdoors you'll adore it here in the Wasatch Range. This is
a wonderful region for people who like lakes. Dry Lake is a lake close at hand, and camping at Summit Campground is always a delightful experience. Emerald Lake gets very little precipitation; the month with most of the rain is April;
July on the other hand is the driest. Dry warm beds await you at La Quinta Inn Orem-Provo North, and Emerald Lake is not far at all from Provo-Orem.
