A wonderful lake like Chappell Lake close to Echo Reservoir is a great place to stop by, and Beckwith Spring is always fun to check out. During the warm days of summer at Echo Reservoir highs are typically in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 40's. Through the wintertime highs are typically in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the       10's to Echo Reservoir. Go for a hike on the The Sheep Trail, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Holiday Hills is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two. But wait, there's more to do near Echo Reservoir. That right there is lots of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the Wasatch Range has it all. Going for a hike on the Union Pacific Rail Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and if you came for an overnight stay Holiday Hills RV Park is a                  tremendous place to camp. This place, Echo Reservoir, it definitely has so much outdoors cool stuff. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Chalk Creek, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Echo Creek. Echo Reservoir is a location that is relatively dry generally; the month with most of the rain is April; the driest month of the year is July. At Echo Dam next to Echo Reservoir there are some exciting things to see, and delightful skiing awaits you at The Canyons. Camperworld Echo Island Park is a pleasant campground nearby; you can never get enough of the good skiing at Deer Valley. Be careful coming to the Wasatch Range, you might not ever wanna go back home again. There are some nice whitewater spots on East Canyon Creek, and if you need a place to stay Powderwood Resort is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful.
