This lake is one of the great places here in the Uinta Mountains. But wait, there's more fun things to do in the Uinta Mountains. Take a hike on the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail, and Lake Fork has a fine whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. There's       so much to do here at East Timothy Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Swift Creek Campground is a nice site for that, and a lake nearby is East Timothy Lake. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Uinta Mountains. In the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yellowstone River. East Timothy Lake is commonly a relatively dried out spot; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain, and                  the driest month is March. So much cool stuff to do here at East Timothy Lake, too perfect to be true. Lots of people from Evanston come to East Timothy Lake, and you can have a delightful hiking adventure along the Shale Dugway. East Timothy Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Riverview Campground is a tremendous local campground, and there's some exciting stuff to distinguish at East Timothy Dam near East Timothy Lake. At East Timothy Lake through the summertime months highs are in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's.
