East Timothy Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. There's always East Timothy Dam to visit right next door to East Timothy Lake; going for a hike on the High Line Trail is always a great adventure. This lake is so wonderful. On a tremendous day at East Timothy Lake you can take a hike along the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail. There's so much to do here at East Timothy

| | Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Riverview Campground is a pleasant place for that. It is very dried up here at East Timothy Lake frequently; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily September, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is March.
There is a good hiking trail near East Timothy Lake called the Shale Dugway; you can stay the night at Swift Creek Campground. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always | |

explore close by Center Timothy Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Yellowstone River. At East Timothy Lake through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's, and the overnight is rather cooler of course, mostly in
the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to East Timothy Lake.
Be careful coming to the Uinta Mountains, you might not ever wanna return back home again. If you need a place to
stay Duchesne River Inns is a nice choice. Yeah, come up here to the Uinta Mountains for a tremendous time. Dry warm beds await you at Altamont Motel, and if you come at the right time of year, Lake Fork offers some nice whitewater. East Timothy Lake is a beautiful lake in the Uinta Mountains.
