Lone Cedar Reservoir is a great lake near East Gate Reservoir; you can go for a hike on the Angel Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Jurassic RV Park is a great local campground; some attention-grabbing geology is available here, Goatwater Point is right here. What       a spot this is for outdoors people. Natural Bridges National Monument is a very delightful spot to stop by in the neighborhood of East Gate Reservoir. At East Gate Reservoir you don’t see much rainfall; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. A lovely lake like Beef Hollow Reservoir next to East Gate Reservoir is a perfect place to visit, and going for a hike on the Bull Pasture                  Trail is always a brilliant adventure. At East Gate Reservoir through the days of summer highs are in the 90's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's.
