For the period of the summer, highs ordinarily are in the 90's at Durkee Reservoir. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Durkee Reservoir. Hiking along the Smith Canyon Trail is brilliant fun, and if you came to camp Lizzie and Charlie's RV/ATV Park is a nice place to do       that. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Copper Belt Trail, and camping at Candy Mountain Resort is always a brilliant experience. And that's not all you can do here at Durkee Reservoir. While you're here at Durkee Reservoir you can take a hike along the Deer Creek Trail; some nearby water includes Cottonwood Creek. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clear Creek, and after a long day outdoors Fairfield Inn                  & Suites Richfield is a nice location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Sevier River is a tremendous whitewater spot in the vicinity of Durkee Reservoir, and if you need a spot to stay Comfort Inn Richfield is a splendid choice. This lake is so wonderful. You could also pop by Middle Spring Lake since you're here at Durkee Reservoir; it's nearby, and why not head up to Elk Meadows and strap some skis to your feet.
