Go to Duck Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Duck Lake gets very little rain; September is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month of the year is January. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! The Uinta Mountains is unbeatable! Duck Lake is right by the High Line Trail. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff to do are in fact plentiful here at Duck Lake. Hiking along the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail is pleasant fun, and if you need a location

Duck Lake is not the only site close by, Meeks Cabin Reservoir is a close by lake, and there's whitewater on Blacks Fork - West Fork for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Summer at Duck Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 40's. Cabin Campground is always a splendid experience. Duck Lake is a beautiful lake in the Uinta Mountains. If you get bored of Duck Lake, you could also go to nearby Bald Lake, and if you came to camp Little Lyman Lake Campground
is a good spot to do that. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Blacks Fork - East Fork.
