It's always fun to stop by Dry Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Do set aside some time for Big Provo Cirque if you're here at Dry Lake. Dry Lake gets very little rain; of all the months in a year April is the one with the most rain while July is frequently the driest month. Taking a little trip to close by Elk Point is a great idea, and folks from Provo-Orem love to come here. Summertime highs at Dry Lake regularly tend to be in the 90's. Summer overnight

| | lows descend down to the 60's. Highs all through the winter are typically in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Dry Lake are in the 10's. Looking for a wonderful trip? California National Historic Trail is quite next to Dry Lake, and Sundance has great slopes and a friendly staff. Lake next to Dry Lake is a brilliant place to visit; get yourself into a kayak and hit Provo River. This lake is so wonderful. If you crave a little side tour, try Davis Canyon, and do put some time aside to spend at Stewarts Cascades
while you're here at Dry Lake. So many exciting things to do here in the Wasatch Range, too good to be true. Don't leave Dry Lake without first checking out Timpanogos Glacier; Dry Lake is right by the Mount Timpanogos Trail.
All year is a good time in the Wasatch Range if you fancy the outdoors. There are some great whitewater spots on Spanish Fork, and hiking along the Indian Trail is tremendous fun. Man, is there a load of fun things to do in the Wasatch
Range. Going for a hike along the Lake Desolation Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and you can hit the slopes at Alta in the neighborhood. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wasatch Range.
So much exciting stuff to do at Dry Lake, so little time. South Fork Provo River is one of the streams nearby that might be worth a visit, and Super 8 Motel Provo BYU Orem is a good spot to get some rest. Just can't get enough of Dry Lake. Stay the night at Frazier RV Park, and lakes are such peaceful spots, why not stop by Hidden Lakes.
