Dry Lake is a lake worth visiting. Go for a hike on the Alpine Pond Trail, and you're in all probability keen on lakes, Panguitch Lake is one of those nearby. Around Dry Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; most of the rain falls during August, and the driest of the months is June. Gotta ski! | | Cafe is a good spot to get some rest. And that's not all you can do here at Dry Lake. There are pleasant spots to discover along the Spruce Trail, and Cameron Wash is close at hand, and is a great location. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Dry Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 40's while Dry Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. | |

 | 15 miles away Hey Rob when did you go and how was the weather? We are heading out fathers day weekend....Spent the weekend at Navajo. Caught 1 fish on fly rod from my float tube. Weather was nice, wind picked up on saturday. Didnt see alot of fish caught. Will not give up this lake though. I really liked the drive from Vegas and wish I had longer to stay and search the area.... |
