Dry Bread Pond is a beautiful lake in the Wasatch Range. Having a perfect time at Dry Bread Pond is easy. Don't leave Dry Bread Pond without first going for a hike along the Hardware Ranch Trail, and a day on the slopes of Powder Mountain is just what you need. So much amusing stuff to do in the Wasatch Range, not enough time. One of the dominant features of the surroundings of Dry Bread Pond       is Little Monte. There's so much to do here at Dry Bread Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Skull Crack Campground is a pleasant site for that. A lake close by is Lower Dry Bread Pond, and Harriet Spring is a perfect local attraction. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Ogden River - South Fork offers some delightful whitewater, and the snow is fine at Beaver Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Dans Hollow is                  a good spot to explore, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Blacksmith Fork. Around Dry Bread Pond you don’t get a lot of rainfall; the month of April is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is July. This place, the Wasatch Range, has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. You could also check out Middle Davenport Reservoir while you're here at Dry Bread Pond; it's nearby; Dry Bread Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Hawthorne Campground is a great local campground.
