If you came for an overnight stay Beaver Dam Campground is a glorious spot to camp; do take a hike on the High Line Trail. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Doll Lake. Hiking along the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail is tremendous fun, and paddling on Lake Fork is so much fun. Now, you may assume that's plenty but there's       even more exciting stuff to do here in the Uinta Mountains. You'll meet a lot of people from Evanston here, and don’t forget to take a look at Garfield Basin while you're here at Doll Lake. Doll Lake is one of the lakes here in the Uinta Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Doll Lake is right by the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail, and whitewater paddling is fine on Blacks Fork - East Fork. At Doll Lake you don’t see much precipitation; the wettest                  month of the year is frequently September, that's the one that rains the most; January on the other hand is the driest. And if that's not enough there's lots more enjoyable stuff to do in the Uinta Mountains. This is a delightful neighborhood for people who like lakes. Five Point Lake is a lake close at hand; Five Point Lake Dam is a charming spot. You're possibly interested in lakes, Drift Lake is one of those close by, and Swift Creek Campground is a perfect campground nearby. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Doll Lake. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's.
