Lake Desolation is one of the lakes here in the Wasatch Range. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff to do are beyond doubt abundant here at Lake Desolation. You could also stop at Dry Lake if you're here at Lake Desolation; it's nearby. This lake is so wonderful. The Canyons Grand Summit Resort is a magnificent place to get some rest; Mill F East Fork is a tremendous site to visit. There's nice hiking along the Lake       Desolation Trail; get yourself into a kayak and hit East Canyon Creek. A golf course near Lake Desolation is Park City Golf Club, and the Mount Timpanogos Trail offers hiking at its best. After a long day outdoors Westgate Park City Resort And Spa is a fine place to spend a night or two, and there are some wonderful whitewater spots on Big Cottonwood Creek. Yeah, come up here to the Wasatch Range for a pleasant time. The snow is wonderful at Brighton. There's                  so much to do here at Lake Desolation that you need to camp here for a while, Park City RV Resort is a glorious place for that. All the outdoors fun stuff in the Wasatch Range will keep you coming back over and over. Looking for some flowing water? Try Beartrap Fork, and why not head up to Solitude and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lake Desolation has to offer, you can camp at The Spruces Campground, and here at Lake Desolation you can see Little Water Peak. So many enjoyable things next to Lake Desolation, just extraordinary. Mill F Flat is a brilliant place to check out, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Desolation; The Sheep Trail is a pleasant local trail. Around Lake Desolation you don’t get a lot of precipitation; April is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is July. For the period of the summertime at Lake Desolation temperatures are commonly in the 90's with night lows in the 60's.
