Cedar Breaks National Monument is a good local destination here at Deer Lake, and Cedar Breaks Lodge and Spa is a fine place to get some rest. For the duration of the summer here at Deer Lake, high temperatures typically reach the 90's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's; nighttime lows at Deer Lake through the       wintertime commonly dip into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Thunder Ridge Campground is a fine local campground; there are great places to explore along the Rattlesnake Creek Trail. Cheney Spring is a nice local attraction, and the view of charming Cedar Peak is great. A quick journey to Brown Creek close to Deer Lake is a fine idea; Pit Stop is a glorious campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Deer Lake without first going for a hike                  along the Spruce Trail, and Brian Head is a splendid local ski area. So much exciting stuff to do here at Deer Lake, too fine to be true. Go for a hike on the Alpine Pond Trail, and a fine close by hotel is Cedar Breaks Lodge & Spa. Spirit Canyon is a fine spot to discover, and what would a site like Deer Lake be without attention-grabbing close by marks like Goat Ledges.
