Deer Lake is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Swift Creek Campground; going for a hike on the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail is always a splendid adventure. Go for a hike on the Shale Dugway; why not take a little journey to Buffalo Creek while you're here. During the summer months highs here at Deer Lake reach the 80's with night lows in the 40's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets

| | highs in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Deer Lake temperatures fall to the 0's. Now, you may assume that's loads but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the Uinta Mountains. Good hiking is available along the High Line Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Yellowstone River. all you adrenaline people, and Grayling Lake is a delightful lake close by. It is very dried up here at Deer Lake commonly; through the month of September you get the most rain around here while March is mostly the driest month.
You'll meet a lot of people from Evanston here. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Deer Lake has to offer, you can camp at Riverview Campground. Deer Lake is located in the Uinta Mountains. And if that's not enough
there's loads more amusing stuff to do in the Uinta Mountains. An attention-grabbing thing to pop by close to Deer Lake is Deer Lake Dam, and lakes are such peaceful locations, why not explore White Miller Lake.
