It's always fun to stop by Deer Lake. It's always great to go to Kents Spring, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Butch Cassidy Inn. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Clear Creek, and Birch Creek Mountain is delightful and can be spotted from here. This lake is so wonderful. Do go to Middle Kents Lake Number Two Dam while you're here at Deer Lake; if the weather is nice, you can go for a hike along the Skyline National Recreation Trail.

| | here, you might as well visit Dry Hollow; the skiing at Elk Meadows is good. Not much precipitation falls here at Deer Lake; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is June. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Beaver-Days Inn is a great choice, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Bullion Trail.

Lake, LeBaron Lake is close by. At Deer Lake during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are frequently in
the 40's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Deer Lake plunge into the 10's.
This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Deer Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at,
Kents Lake Campground is a delightful local campground; going for a hike along the Copes Dugway will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region.
