If you like skiing, you're in luck; Brighton is in close proximity to Deer Creek Reservoir; a magnificent close by hotel is Zermatt Resort. And that's not all there is to do here in the Wasatch Range. Sulphur Spring is an inspiring place to visit during your stay, and you're perhaps hooked on lakes, Dry Lake is one of those nearby. Just can't get enough of the Wasatch Range. A good spot       right next door to Deer Creek Reservoir is Hoovers Hollow. Throughout the long summer days at Deer Creek Reservoir temperatures are typically in the 90's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Deer Creek Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are fine; Forest Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Deer Creek Reservoir, and                  some nearby water includes Provo Deer Creek. At Deer Creek Reservoir you don’t see much rain; of all the months in a year April is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is July. So much cool stuff in the Wasatch Range, just extraordinary. Camping is available at Snow's Trailer Park and Boat, and do take a hike on the Mount Timpanogos Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Riverbend Trailer Park is a brilliant spot to camp, and if you're popping by from Provo-Orem, you won't be the only one. This lake is one of the great places here in the Wasatch Range. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Deer Creek Reservoir. Have a good hiking adventure along the Indian Trail, and the snow is magnificent at Sundance. While you're here at Deer Creek Reservoir you can take a hike along the Lake Desolation Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Spanish Fork offers some nice whitewater. Deer Creek Dam is an exciting thing to check out, and if you want to stop at some interesting stuff, stop at Weeks Bench. Be careful coming to Deer Creek Reservoir, you might not ever want to go home again.
