That right there is a lot of fun things already but it goes on, the Wasatch Range has it all. Near Dairy Ridge Reservoir you come across the Hardware Ranch Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail, and what would winter be without some skiing at Beaver Mountain. Just can't get enough of Dairy Ridge Reservoir. Dairy Ridge Reservoir is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Skull Crack Campground       is a delightful local campground, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Blacksmith Fork. Dairy Ridge Reservoir is located in the Wasatch Range. This lake is so wonderful. There are some wonderful whitewater spots on Ogden River - South Fork, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Powder Mountain while you're here. If you came to camp Birch Creek Campground is a wonderful spot to do that;                  Dairy Ridge Reservoir is in close proximity to Dip Hollow which is beyond doubt worth going to. Bountiful Spring is always fun to check out; from Dairy Ridge Reservoir you get a delightful view of Baldy Peak. Summertime highs at Dairy Ridge Reservoir generally tend to be in the 80's, and the overnight is a little colder of course, generally in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Dairy Ridge Reservoir. Not much precipitation falls here at Dairy Ridge Reservoir; the month with most of the rain is April, and the driest month of the year is July.
