Cyclone Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. High temperatures at Cyclone Lake all through the summer months are in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 40's. During the winter the highs are generally in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Cyclone Lake plunge into the 0's. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Green Lake; after a long
day outdoors Wonderland Inn is a delightful place to spend a night or two. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Cyclone Lake. The Black Burn Trail is a good hiking trail close to Cyclone Lake, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Boulder Mail Trail.
Cyclone Lake is typically a rather dried out place; during the month of August you get the most rain around here; the driest month of the year is

February. This lake is so wonderful. A tour to Davis Flat revives the soul, and you can stay the night at Escalante State Park. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Deep Creek Spring 1, and Blue Spruce Campground is a delightful campground nearby.
Lakes are great; Dry Lake is a lake that's near Cyclone Lake, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Pollywog Lake Trail.
