Coyote Pond is always a pleasure to visit. During the warm months at Coyote Pond temperatures are generally in the 90's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Coyote Pond dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. Good hiking is available along the Rattlesnake Trail, and why not camp at Pit Stop if you're here at Coyote Pond. This lake is so wonderful.

| | If you need a place to stay Parowan-Days Inn is a good choice. Oak Tree Inn Milford is a nice spot to get some rest, and if you came for an overnight stay Vermillion Castle Campground is a tremendous place to camp. Coyote Pond is pretty arid typically; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. | |
