There's so much to do here at Counting Station Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Red Spring Campground is a brilliant place for that, and the Lowline Trail is a splendid hiking trail nearby. A glorious close by hotel is Econo Lodge Downtown; Bull Spring is a stunning place to have a look at while you're at Counting Station Reservoir. So many entertaining things to do here in the Uinta Mountains, too good to be true.       If you need a site to stay Travelodge Vernal is a glorious choice; nearby you find the Little Hole Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. At Counting Station Reservoir you don’t see much rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. All through the months of summer at Counting Station Reservoir temperatures are typically in the 80's while night lows are generally in the 50's.                  For the duration of the winter the highs are usually in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Counting Station Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Visit Pothole Creek if you're here at Counting Station Reservoir, and Association Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. Counting Station Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Uinta Mountains. Man, is there lots of entertaining stuff to do in the Uinta Mountains. Going for a hike on the Hideout Eagle Basin Trail is always a good adventure, and if you're here, you might as well go to East Draw. If you came to camp East Park Campground is a great location to do that, and there are plenty of people from Vernal here. Just can't get enough of Counting Station Reservoir.
