If you need a location to stay Comfort Inn Logan is a perfect choice, and do put some time aside to spend at Chambers Spring while you're here at Cooks Pond. A splendid place to camp here at Cooks Pond is Western Park Campground, and playing golf is lots of fun at Birch Creek Golf Course. A splendid close by       hotel is Best Western Weston Inn, and you can never get enough of the delightful skiing at Beaver Mountain. At Cooks Pond during the summertime months highs are in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Cooks Pond. This lake is so wonderful.
