The snow is great at Beaver Mountain, and why not camp at Bandit's Cove if you're here at Cooks Pond. Cooks Pond is pretty dehydrated typically; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. But wait, there's more to do close to Cooks Pond. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites LOGAN is a tremendous place to get some rest, and Birch Creek Golf Course       is a nice golf course nearby. Summertime highs at Cooks Pond ordinarily tend to be in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are ordinarily in the 30's; nighttime lows through the wintertime for Cooks Pond tend to be in the 10's. Dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn Logan; Western Park Campground is a perfect local campground. There's whitewater on Blacksmith Fork for all you adrenaline people; folks                  from Logan love to come here.
