Cliff Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, China Meadows Campground is a good local campground, and Cliff Lake is right by the Fish Creek National Recreation Trail. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail; Castle Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. Having a wonderful time in the Uinta Mountains is trouble-free. At Cliff Lake you always meet someone from Evanston. You just can't       imagine the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the Uinta Mountains has to offer. The peak of Mount Powell can be seen from Cliff Lake; the High Line Trail offers hiking at its best. Summer at Cliff Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while Cliff Lake nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. Blacks Fork                  - East Fork is a splendid whitewater spot near Cliff Lake, and since you're here, you could also explore beautiful Lake Blanchard. This lake is one of the great places here in the Uinta Mountains. It is very waterless here at Cliff Lake typically; through the month of September you get the most rain around here, and January meanwhile is the driest month.
