Whitewater paddling is fine on Uinta River. There's so much to do here at Cleveland Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Wandin Campground is a good place for that. Best Western Inn is a magnificent spot to get some rest; get soaked paddling on Yellowstone River. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Uinta Mountains. Take a hike on the Shale Dugway; possibly you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Queant Lake       is just a very short distance away. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. If you're here, you might as well pop by Fox Queant Pass; if you came to camp Uinta Canyon Campground is a delightful site to do that. Cleveland Lake is a beautiful lake in the Uinta Mountains. During the days of summer highs here at Cleveland Lake get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are regularly in the 30's;                  winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Cleveland Lake. So much enjoyable stuff in the Uinta Mountains, just unbelievable. Have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Dry Fork Trail, and needless to say, this is a great region for people who like lakes, Point Lake is a lake in close proximity.
