A visit to Clark Lake is always a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. A great site to camp here at Clark Lake is Warner Campground, and the summit of Boren Mesa can be made out from Clark Lake. At Clark Lake during the summer highs are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. Not much precipitation falls here at Clark Lake; October is when you get the most rain here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. camping at Oowah Campground is always a tremendous experience. Get your pulse rate up on the tremendous whitewater of Dolores River; Clark Lake is right by the Moab Slickrock Trail. After a long day outdoors Red Stone Inn is a delightful site to spend a night or two, and Gold Basin is a splendid spot here at Clark Lake.
