A short tour       to Big Spring is always worthwhile, and a cool spot to check out is Trail Spring Bench. A great place to go to near Chokecherry Reservoir is Peavine Hollow, and get your heart beating on the good whitewater of Clear Creek. It is very dehydrated here at Chokecherry Reservoir mostly; March is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is July. At Chokecherry Reservoir through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 90's. Throughout the moonlight                  hours it's generally in the 50's. Near Chokecherry Reservoir you find the Deer Creek Trail which is a splendid hiking trail, and Adelaide Campground is a nice campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
