China Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. Comfort Inn Evanston is a good location to get some rest. Whohoo, so many fun things in one place! The Uinta Mountains is peerless! China Meadows Campground is a tremendous local campground, and don't leave China Lake without first going for a hike along the Shale Dugway. Now, you may feel that's loads but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the

| | Uinta Mountains. You'll stumble on a gorgeous lake called Marsh Lake near China Lake; you must positively dedicate some time to China Meadows since you're here at China Lake. Summertime at China Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows all through the wintertime for China Lake tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. | |

Trail Head Campground is a perfect campground nearby; get covered with water paddling on Blacks Fork - East Fork. Any time is a delightful time at China Lake if you love the outdoors. Soar down the rapids of Blacks Fork - West Fork
in a kayak, and there are great places to explore along the Bear River Smiths Fork Trail. China Lake gets very little precipitation; September is when you get the most rain here, and January on the other hand is the driest. Going
for a hike on the High Line Trail is always a great adventure, and a charming lake like China Lake is a delightful spot to explore. This lake is located in the wonderful Uinta Mountains. During your visit to China Lake you'll meet some people from Evanston for sure, and there's always China Lake Dam to go to close to China Lake.
