During the warm days of summer highs here at Chappell Lake reach the 80's. Summer night lows fall down to the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's; after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Chappell Lake fall into the 10's. If you adore the outdoors, you'll go for Chappell Lake. And that's not everything you can do here in the Wasatch Range. A great place to camp here at Chappell Lake is Holiday       Hills RV Park, and you can go for a hike on the Union Pacific Rail Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of East Canyon Creek close to Chappell Lake, and Turner Meadows is a stunning location any time of year. If you need a place to stay Best Western Holiday Hills is a nice choice; get your heart beating on the good whitewater of Chalk Creek. Camping at Camperworld Echo Island Park is always a good experience, and Stag Lodge is a glorious                  spot to get some rest. Chappell Lake is pretty dehydrated commonly; April is when you get the most rain here; the driest month of the year is July.
