Summertime highs at Butte Reservoir frequently tend to be in the 80's while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. After a long day outdoors Frontier Motel is a splendid spot to spend a night or two, and a lake nearby is Billeys Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Berg's Coffee Shop       and Video is always a tremendous experience, and Butte Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Mountainwest Mobile Home Campground is a great local campground. At Butte Reservoir you don’t see much precipitation; October is when you get the most rain here, and February is when it's the driest.
