There are four individual ponds that offer fishing for both larger brood stock and annually planted fish. Burrastons is located off the Mona exit just north of Nephi, Utah. Mona Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could go to; if you're here you can take a hike along the Nebo Peak Trail. All through the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 80's at Burriston Ponds, and the nighttime is quite chillier of course, generally in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's; nighttime lows during the winter for Burriston Ponds tend to be in the 10's.       Have a nice hiking adventure along the Willow Trail, and don't forget to take a splendid little tour to Currant Creek. Yeah, come here to Burriston Ponds for a splendid time. Burriston Ponds is not far at all from Provo-Orem; Bear Canyon is a brilliant site to spend some time. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Burriston Ponds has to offer, you can camp at High Mountain Campground, and near Burriston Ponds you locate a golf course called Nephi                  City Golf Course. If the weather is wonderful here at Burriston Ponds, you can go for a hike along the Nebo Basin Trail; dry warm beds await you at Economy Lodge. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Burriston Ponds that you need to camp here for a while, Nephi Koa Kampground is a fine location for that, and after a long day outdoors Safari Motel is a wonderful place to spend a night or two.
