At Bullwinkle Reservoir you always meet someone from Vernal, and you get a glorious vista of Buckskin Hills from here. Around Bullwinkle Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rain; most of the rain falls throughout April, and January is the month with the least moisture. Yeah, come up here to the Uinta Mountains for a glorious time. Dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Downtown, and Bullwinkle Reservoir is good enough       to spend more than a day at, Western Heritage RV Park is a good local campground. This lake is so wonderful. There is a splendid hiking trail near Bullwinkle Reservoir called the Daniels Trail, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on Green River. Dinaland Golf Course is a great golf course close by, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Red Rock Nature Trail. Be careful coming to the Uinta Mountains, you might not ever wanna return back home                  again. Camping at Steinaker State Park is always a perfect experience. Bullwinkle Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Uinta Mountains. All through the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 80's at Bullwinkle Reservoir. Throughout the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Bullwinkle Reservoir temperatures drop to the 0's. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting things the area in the neighborhood of Bullwinkle Reservoir has to offer.
