Bullwinkle Reservoir is a nice spot to visit for more than one day, Western Heritage RV Park is a nice spot to camp nearby, and get drenched paddling on Green River. A delightful close by hotel is Best Western Dinosaur Inn; you'll probably meet some people from Vernal here. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Econo Lodge Downtown is a glorious choice, and Dinaland Golf Course is a magnificent       golf course nearby. All the outdoors enjoyable things in the Uinta Mountains will keep you coming back again and again. High temperatures at Bullwinkle Reservoir throughout the days of summer are in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Bullwinkle Reservoir during the wintertime regularly sink into the 0's. And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do near                  Bullwinkle Reservoir. Stay the night at Steinaker State Park, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Daniels Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Uinta Mountains. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Uinta Mountains. Buckskin Hills is a peak you can catch a sight of from Bullwinkle Reservoir, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Red Rock Nature Trail.
