During the winter highs are in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Browns Draw Reservoir. Cedar View Reservoir is a lake around here, and if you don’t have a problem                  getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Uinta River. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Browns Draw Reservoir there are plenty of people from Vernal, and whitewater paddling is wonderful on Yellowstone River. And if that's not enough there's a heap more cool stuff to do in the Uinta Mountains. Camping is available at Uinta Canyon Campground, and Browns Draw Dam is stunning. Now, you may feel that's a lot but there's even more enjoyable things to do here in the Uinta Mountains. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Shale Dugway.
