Summertime highs at Browne Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Browne Lake. It is very dried up here at Browne Lake frequently; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily May, that's       the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Browne Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Brown Lake Campground is a great local campground; going for a hike on the Uinta Highline Trail is always a great adventure. The Uinta Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Half Moon Park is right here at Browne Lake; the Icy Hill Dugway is a brilliant hiking trail close by. So much cool stuff to do                  in the Uinta Mountains, not enough time. Beaver Creek is a wonderful stream that is worth a visit, and close by you stumble on the Dry Fork Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail. This location, the Uinta Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting stuff. The top of Ute Mountain is easily made out from Browne Lake; if you're going to from Vernal, you won't be the only one. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting things the area close to Browne Lake has to offer. You're almost certainly interested in lakes, Browne Lake is one of those nearby, and a pleasant place to camp here at Browne Lake is Deep Creek Campground.
