Half Moon Park is a scenic location any time of year, and camping is available at Deep Creek Campground. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Uinta Mountains. On a perfect day at Browne Lake you can take a hike along the Dry Fork Trail. At Browne Lake all through the days of summer highs are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.       High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Browne Lake dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. This lake is one of the great places here in the Uinta Mountains. Beaver Creek is a wonderful local stream, and there are plenty of people from Vernal here at Browne Lake. Camping at Brown Lake Campground is always a tremendous experience, and why not stop by Browne Lake Dam since you're here. Browne Lake                  gets very little precipitation; May is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. So much amusing stuff in the Uinta Mountains, just astonishing. You could also visit Browne Lake while you're here at Browne Lake; it's nearby, and if the weather is delightful, you can go for a hike along the Icy Hill Dugway. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot.
