This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Brinkerhoff Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Chuck wagon General Store is a glorious site for that; whitewater paddling is pleasant on Fremont River. There is a good hiking trail in the vicinity of Brinkerhoff Pond called the Aquarius Trail, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not check out East Bicknell Sand Wash Pond. Going for a hike on       the Stair Trail is always a splendid adventure, and a nice close by hotel is Wonderland Inn. Shingle Mill Creek is a wonderful spot to stop by; a short spree to Dab Keele Spring is always worthwhile. The warmest time of the year at Brinkerhoff Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's with temperatures at Brinkerhoff Pond dipping down into                  the 0's through winter nights. There are other locations here than Brinkerhoff Pond, for example West Bicknell Pond, and you can stay the night at Thousand Lakes RV Park. Brinkerhoff Pond is a location that is reasonably waterless commonly; August is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Torrey-Days Inn Capitol Reef N.P. is a fine location to spend a night or two, and Big Hollow is also a good spot to discover.
