Having a pleasant time in the Uinta Mountains is uncomplicated. If you came for an overnight stay Split Mountain Gorge Campground is a tremendous place to camp, and the Jones Hole Trail offers hiking at its best. Good hiking is available along the Red Rock Nature Trail, and a pleasant close by hotel is Econo Lodge Downtown. At Box Reservoir all through the months of summer highs are in the 80's, and the overnight is a bit       colder of course, regularly in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Box Reservoir sink into the 0's. Around Box Reservoir you don’t get a lot of precipitation; through the month of April you get the most rain around here, and January meanwhile is the driest month. But wait, there's more cool things to do in the Uinta Mountains. Having a great time at Box                  Reservoir is uncomplicated. Rainbow Park Campground is a good local campground; get your heart beating on the pleasant whitewater of Green River. Box Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Uinta Mountains. There's splendid hiking along the Daniels Trail, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Dinosaur Inn is a great location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful.
