For the period of the summertime at Bown Corral Reservoir temperatures are commonly in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while Bown Corral Reservoir overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's. Badger Point Campground is a wonderful campground here, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Price River. Going       for a hike on the Soldier Creek Campground Loop Trail is always a perfect adventure; Bown Corral Reservoir is a great place to camp, Racetrack Campground is a great place. Bown Corral Reservoir gets a typical amount of rain; December is when you get the most snow here, and July on the other hand is the driest. Skylight Restaurant is a fine location to get some rest; if you come at the right time of year, Price River offers some delightful whitewater.
