    What a nice lake Blue Springs Reservoir is. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Blue Springs, and close by Bear Valley is a magnificent place to go. But wait, there's more to do next to Blue Springs Reservoir. If time allows, Cedar Breaks National Monument is a national park worth going to. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn At Zion Park, and you can have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Lava Point Trail.

   Springs Reservoir you don’t see much precipitation; August is the wettest month with most rain while June is commonly the driest month. The panorama of pretty Goose Creek Knoll near Blue Springs Reservoir is brilliant, and do schedule some time to stop by Lava Point if you have a chance. For the duration of the summertime months highs here at Blue Springs Reservoir get into the 90's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Daytime highs during the  
               winter are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Blue Springs Reservoir are in the 10's.
Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Kolob Reservoir, and Blue Springs Reservoir Dam is a beautiful location. Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens is a great place to get some rest; Lower Kolob Plateau is right here at Blue Springs Reservoir. This place, Blue Springs Reservoir, it just has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. If the weather is wonderful here at Blue Springs Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the La Verkin Creek Trail, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on Virgin River - North Fork.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Blue Springs Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Lava Point Campground; going for a hike along the Hop Valley Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. There's so much to do here at Blue Springs Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Zion's Mukuntuweep RV Park and Campground is a glorious site for that, and why not a little side journey to Bear Creek.
