     If you need a place to stay Manti Motel is a magnificent choice, and a tremendous site to camp here at Blue Lake is Ferron Campground. A gorgeous lake like Island Lake near Blue Lake is a fine location to pop by, and good hiking is available along the Dairy Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Blue Lake; Oak Belt Trail is a good local trail; whitewater paddling is great on Ferron Creek. Don't leave Blue Lake without first  
   going for a hike along the Harmon Trail, and you'll find a delightful lake called Henningson Reservoir.
At Blue Lake during the warm days of summer highs are in the 90's, and the overnight is somewhat colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Blue Lake. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Blue Lake. Baseball Flat is a perfect place, and
 
               the view of lovely Block Mountain is pleasant. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant nearby hotel is Willow Creek Inn.
Henningson Dam is worth a visit while you're here; Blue Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Ferron Reservoir Campground is a wonderful local campground. At Blue Lake you don’t see much rain; through March this area sees the most rain while July is regularly the driest month.
