I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Blue Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Black Burn Trail; Blue Lake is a fine location to visit for more than one day, Barker Reservoir Campground is a fine location to camp nearby. Not much rain falls here at Blue Lake; the wettest month of the year is frequently August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is       January. This lake is so wonderful. Flat Lake is a delightful lake near Blue Lake, and Clayton Spring is an inspiring site to stop at during your stay. There are other places here than Blue Lake, for example Yellow Lake; Escalante State Park is a wonderful campground nearby. For the duration of the summer months here at Blue Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The wintertime brings                  highs down to the 40's, and overnight lows at Blue Lake through the winter mostly descend into the 10's. A journey to Bryce Canyon National Park is recommended. If you're here at Blue Lake, checking out Holbys Bottom is a must, and Dougherty Basin is a great site here at Blue Lake.
