     Take some time to visit Logging Grove since you're here; after a long day outdoors Wonderland Inn is a great spot to spend a night or two. Why not camp at Blue Spruce Campground while you're here at Blackburn Reservoir; you're most likely into lakes, Rock Lake is one of those nearby. If the weather is brilliant here at Blackburn Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Aquarius Trail, and camping is available at Rimrock Rustic Inn. At Blackburn Reservoir you  
   don’t see much rain; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February.
Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Blackburn Reservoir. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Blackburn Reservoir tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful.
