The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Black Knolls Reservoir. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's while Black Knolls Reservoir nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's. Don't leave Black Knolls Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Summit Trail. It is very arid here at Black Knolls Reservoir frequently; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is June.
